About
I'm a PM with 5 years at Kapwing, an AI-powered video creation platform — 3 of those owning AI tooling and monetization strategy. I've taken products from whiteboard to 100k+ MAU, negotiated vendor contracts, shipped bug fixes, and presented to enterprise stakeholders.
I started in customer success, which means I carry real user empathy into every product decision. Outside of work I manage a DJ artist, make content with my partner, and spend time in the ceramics studio.
Selected Work
Led end-to-end development of Kapwing's AI dubbing tool — from early discovery through launch and growth. The product lets creators translate video into 40+ languages while preserving voice. Since launching in January 2024, it reached 30k MAU and drove 86% capture of enterprise contracts in 2025. Also established a QA operation with 10 language contractors evaluating dubs across 15 languages.
Launched Kapwing's text-to-speech tool with AI avatars, supporting 70+ languages and 200 voices. Scaled to 128k MAU. Also owned the vendor relationship and negotiated the TTS contract, improving margin by 33%.
Deprecated an underperforming clip tool and launched a replacement, growing workflow users from 5k to 11k and increasing monthly upgrades 10x (14 → 135). Separately pitched and implemented a unified credit system to replace tool-specific pricing — improving paywall clarity and enabling faster product launches across the platform.
Side Projects
Design & Build
Designed and built the artist website for Brooklyn DJ/producer Yuggie — a single-page site with bio, upcoming shows, and music embeds. Built from scratch in HTML/CSS.
